Dried lavender, naturally highly fragrant
This lavender is grown in Provence for its high essential oil content.
Grey-blue in colour, best used where scent is more important than appearance. The variety is Lavandula X Intermedia Extra - where "extra" stands for extra fragrant! 100% natural lavender, not enhanced or adulterated. Not for food use.
