Cinnamon sticks are also known as cinnamon quills. These naturally gently fragrant cinnamon sticks are each about 15cm (6") long and make lovely craft, Christmas or kitchen decorations. Snap the quills to release subtle spicy fragrance. Cinnamon quills don't have a lot of natural scent until you break them open, so if you'd like more scent, it's common to boost the fragrance by adding Cinnamon home fragrance oil, or buy ready made cinnamon scented bundles. 50g is approx 5 sticks.
